Hi everyone, just wanted to share some feedback on a contractor I came across in the estate over the weekend. Since I’ve moved in fully and am now living here, I spent most of the weekend around the estate and had the chance to speak to a few people and see some of the work that’s currently being done. A few contractors seem to be doing good work, but Adrian really stood out to me based on what I saw in person. He’s currently working on two houses here, and I had a chance to have a look at some of his work. He was doing a shower installation in one of the downstairs toilets — something I actually thought wouldn’t be possible, but he managed to make it work really well. He’s also doing quite a bit of other work, including tiling throughout the downstairs floors, large decorative tiles on the upstairs walls, and different types of flooring such as laminate, chevron, herringbone and other flooring finishes. He’s also doing an attic conversion with shelving and a proper timber hatch for stable access, rather than the aluminium folding ladder we currently have. I’m quite picky when it comes to quality, so after seeing his work firsthand, I decided to book him for my own attic conversion. I’m just sharing a contractor I came across who, from what I’ve personally seen, seems to take real pride in his work. I thought it might be useful for anyone else in the estate who is considering getting work done.
